Givenchy is the first brand to unveil the Fall/Winter campaign this year.

The result is beyond amazing. The campaign features some of the best models out there:  Mariacarla Boscono, Malgosia Bela, Joan Smalls, Simon Nessman, Jonathan Marquez and Paolo Rolden.

Dr. Martens are celebrating their 50th anniversary in style. Celebrating the connection between fashion, music and lifestyle. They have gathered 10 different artitsts from different corners of the globe to record 10 tracks which will be released over the next couple of months. In Tokyo the lucky winners are Verbal  ( M-flo and TERIYAKI BOYZ) and Yoon. Together they make up the AMBUSH design collective. They will be covering ‘Cherry Bomb’ by the Runaways, which will be released September 1st.

For his latest exhibition, Ryan McGinley has shifted his focus away from constructing a youthful sublime within the boundless American landscape and has concentrated instead on creating imagery within the confines of his New York studio. The result is a surprisingly restrained, open-ended study of black and white portraiture. Here we see McGinley not as a chronicler of youthful adventure, but as an engine for an almost scientific cataloguing of a kind of emotional optimism.

McGinley’s portraits are the result of a meticulous studio practice, in which thousands of images are taken of each sitter; each shoot eventually being edited down to its one defining “moment”. During the course of two years, McGinley photographed about 150 hand-picked subjects from across the globe. Bringing these models into his studio and stripping them of their clothing, the artist has succeeded in answering his own question: “What would a classical Ryan McGinley black and white portrait look like?”

First look at the Coca Cola light advert featuring the bottle designed by Lagerfeld himself.  Supermodel Coca Rocha joins Baptiste Giabiconi in a shoot by Karl Lagerfeld.

Uniqlo teamed up with fashion photographer Ellen Von Unwerth for the S/S 010 UT line.

The casting is young a very new york, featuring some familiar faces.

For this season the UT collection consist of 3 different type of imagery: The Disney project, The Warner Bross project and the Manga project.

One of my fav photographer Kenneth Cappello recently shot Kelis for Complex Magazine.

Kenneth is known for his work with various street brands and mostly for shooting Supreme or Stussy .

I love his black and white photos, looks like vintage Kelis here.

First spotted on the models at Jeremy Scott’s recent Flintstones-inspired runway show – the "bone heels "are actually a collaboration between the designer and adidas’ contemporary SLVR line.

The suede and bone heels have are super limited. Only four pairs – two in magenta and two in black – are available in Singapore exclusively at Front Row .

Why so far? Don´t ask me.Go get them.

Our friend Kdia goes by the nickname " Queen of Chanel" for a reason. She is a Karl Lagarfeld fan and a huge Chanel collector.

Obviously she had to get the Chanel Temporary Tattoos. Cant wait to see her rocking some.

Riccardo Tisci had a fashion epiphany yesterday in Paris.

Catholicism have always been one of Tisci’s biggest influences so no wonder why the show was called Exodus and his 25 models walked to “Ave Maria.”

For fall the Givenchy men will pay homage to the clerical severity. They will wear lots of black and white, religiously mix together, tee shirts that declared “Jesus is Lord” and patent leather "Jesus" sandals.

Im no fashion expert but this is in my opinion one of the best Tisci collection so far.

The religion was not the only influence as most of the models wear build like athletes and the leather pieces clearly had that element of streetwear.

Im not sure about the sandals for fall or about the shiny leggings. But I love that menswear brings some sort of " reality" to fashion. The cut are a breath of fresh air, most of the pieces are wearable.

Tisci has all the potential of a Hedi Slimane at Dior. He is bringing Givenchy to a larger audience without breaking any institutional code, well he sure follows the Givenchy code.
